This Privacy Policy explains how AI Goniometer (gproailab.com), operated by G PRO AI Lab, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our AI-powered joint angle measurement tool.
G PRO AI Lab acts as the data controller responsible for the processing of personal data described in this policy.
1. Photos and Image Processing
AI Goniometer analyzes the photos you provide to calculate joint angles. Images are transmitted via an encrypted connection and processed on our secure server. Results are returned to you within seconds.
Your images are not used for advertising and are never shared with any third party.
We may use limited non-identifying data (such as angle values and keypoint information) to continuously improve measurement accuracy and reliability.
You remain in control of your data and may request deletion at any time (see Section 8: Your Rights).
2. Data We Collect
When you use AI Goniometer, we may collect:
- Account information: your Google account email address when you sign in with Google.
- Usage data: the number of measurements performed (stored locally in your browser via localStorage, and on our server for logged-in users to track free-use limits).
- Measurement angle values: if you submit optional feedback, we record the calculated angle value alongside the feedback image.
-
Payment information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Creem, our payment processor.
All payment information is processed directly by Creem and is subject to Creem’s Privacy Policy.
We do not store credit card numbers; only confirmation of payment and email are received.
- Server logs: standard web server access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). These are retained for up to 30 days for security purposes.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To manage your account and subscription status.
- To enforce free measurement limits (5 free measurements per user).
- To process subscription payments via Creem.
- To improve AI detection accuracy using voluntarily submitted feedback images.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
- Performance of a contract: To provide the AI Goniometer service, manage your account, and process subscriptions.
- Legitimate interests: To maintain service security, prevent abuse, enforce usage limits, and improve system stability.
- Consent: When you voluntarily submit feedback images or optional information, you provide consent for us to process that data for AI improvement purposes.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with:

- We do not sell your personal data to third parties under any circumstances.
6. Data Storage and Security
User account and subscription data is stored on a secured cloud server with SSL/TLS encryption.
